ABOUT THE BROKER 

David E. Ciszek is the broker of record and co-franchise owner. He was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. At an early age, he performed music. He graduated from De Paul University in 1974 receiving his bachelors degree in Geography with a minor in math. After moving to Los Angeles in 1975, David switched gears and worked as a flight attendant and scheduler for 10 plus years acquiring valuable people skills dealing with the general public. During that period, he was co-owner of a commercial building and co-operated a recording studio business, in addition to co-managing the rest of the building. David has been a real estate appraiser for the past 25 years and continues to this day to hold Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser licenses in both California and Washington.

David and his wife, Shirley moved to Spokane, Washington in 1990. David attended Gonzaga School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctoris degree (J.D.) in 1993. David attended law school while Shirley managed their successful real estate appraisal company including all corporate affairs and numerous employees. Desiring to return to warmer weather, they moved back to California in late 1999 and continued appraising real estate until opening EXIT Realty South Bay. David's interests include music, fishing, snow skiing, cars and baseball.

ABOUT THE ADMINISTRATOR

Shirley Celine Ciszek is the administrator and co-franchise owner. She was born and raised in Branford, Connecticut. Her employment career began as an assistant cost accountant for a major Fortune 500 company. She later worked as an assistant buyer for a department store in Florida. She was in the medical field for 18 years where she managed medical offices in Florida and California acquiring not only invaluable business skills, but also, invaluable people skills dealing with the general public. For the last 18 years she managed a successful real estate appraisal corporation. She successfully oversaw tracking appraisal orders, accounting, payroll, employee services, customer relations, in addition to assisting on all of the appraisal reports.

Shirley and her husband, David moved to Spokane, Washington in 1990. Shirley managed two real estate appraisal offices, one on each side of the state, during the 1990s. After they returned to California, she managed two real estate appraisal offices, one in Washington and one in California until February, 2003 when the Washington office was closed. This extensive background makes her uniquely qualified as administrator of EXIT Realty South Bay.

Shirley's interests include her great love of all animals, cars, tennis and baseball.

Together, Shirley and David own and operate EXIT Realty South Bay.
